PLASTIC FORMWORK

Plastic formworks are made with recycled material, and they replace efficiently the traditional timber formwork.

Depending on the requirements, we can offer different solutions:

• For pillars: it is possible to make different size columns with the same panels, which have a resistance of 80 kN / m2. No mechanical means to move them due to their lightness and practicality.
• For circular pillars: quick installation and dismantling, you can realize columns up to 6 meters high. The concrete has an excellent smooth surface and the panels guarantee a resistance of 80 kN / m2.
• For square and rectangular pillars: this modular system allows up to 55 different combinations. They can be stored also in narrow spaces, thanks to the small size of the panels. Plumbing and anchoring operations will be executed in a precise and quickly way. ABS panels have a 60 kN/m2 resistance and they are guaranteed for a long time.
